Customers will be held liable to Pay Back the amount owed Immediately for All chargebacks filed as Unrecognize and/or Fraud and furthermore to repay restitution for all chargeback fees incurred as follows: 50.00 for chargebacks fees,  PLUS 550.00 if/when further pursuit of Arbitration is used.
This amount will be deducted from any final refund and/or billed separately as needed.

CANADA/MEXICO: 8% of the total amount Billed/Paid
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES: 10% of the total amount Billed/Paid

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY does NOT release customers from their obligation to follow return Instructions as described. NO REFUNDS will be issued until the product is Safely Returned by the customer

“If the item received fails to operate as designed" we offer EXCHANGE ONLY FOR REPLACMENT OF SAME OR PAYMENT CAN BE APLLIED TO UPGRADE FOR NEW ONLY.
If no replacement is available (new or used), mdse credit will be issued, in accordance with Return Policies as shown below.

MECHANICAL RETURNS (Does Not include Electrical, Electronic, Custom, Tool Orders)
All items being Returned for a Refund shoud be done in a Timely Manner NOT to EXCEED 30 days from the date received.
Refunds will be issued Less Original Shipping paid + Restock charges of 20% of the item purchased, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

***ANY DISSAEMBLY/MODIFICATIONS made to products without explicit written Authorized Permission by us,
will VOID all options for returning/replacing your purchase for refund.
1. If you are returning your item for REFUND without allowing us to make replacement you will be liable for All Shipping costs and associated shipping charges including but not limited to Customs, Brokerage, Duties. In addition, you will be liable for Restock charges of 20%. All to be deducted from the full amount. 
1b. If a purchased used item is not available, we offer to apply 100% of your purchased towards the cost of NEW. If no Replacement, or NEW is available: We offer MDSE Credit for the full amount, Good for 2yr from the date issued.
2. Customers must notify us of your Intent to Return an item within 14 days from the date it was delivered, 
    unless otherwise specified.
3. You will be sent RETURN AUTHORIZATION with INSTRUCTIONS.
4. You must follow Return Instructions Explicitly
5. Send the return tracking # to us by email when mailed
6. Return the item in Unused Condition
7. Failure or Neglect to comply with return policies as stated to include Proper RETURN AUTHORIZATION form, may be refused at Customer Expense. In Addition, can/will lead to additional charges up to 50% or completely Nullify all options for returning/replacing your purchase for refund or credit. ShipWreckSalvage.net ships items out from various locations throughout the Northern America.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS, AS APPLICABLE
We are not liable for delivery delays due to causes beyond our reasonable controlShipWreckSalvage.net will be responsible for the customer's shipment only while it is within ShipWreckSalvage.net custody and control. ShipWreckSalvage.net shall not be liable for loss or damage of a shipment while shipment is out of ShipWreckSalvage.net custody or control. All Restock & Cancellation Charges are applicable for returns which will be issued once parts have been Safely Returned as described in Terms/Conditions

SMALL PACKET: by selecting this service Customer agree to USE AT YOUR OWN 
YOU agree to use at Your Own Risk and will NOT be reimbursed for loss or damages" Small Packets can take ANYHWERE from 40 days to as much as 3 months before arriving with NO means of tracking as it does NOT offer Live Time Tracking and considered as Non-Trackable shipments.
By choosing to use Small Packet Service, you (the buyer) assume all risks of delays, loss and damages
as small packet can take up to 3 months before arriving.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE DELIVERY STANDNARS AND TERM….   as described by the Shipping Service which your order was shipped. This Includes, Processing Claims according to carrier terms, and the outcome of refund as decided by the Shipping Service used for delivery..
FEDEX ECONOMY & PRIORITY NOTICE 
2nd day and Overnight delivery is NOT guaranteed to locations that Identifies as Extended Outlying Area - You will not be reimbursed any of the shipping cost for delayed delivery to these areas.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED The customer IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF ANY/ALL ITEMS and MUSfollow the exchange and return policy. All shipping costs resulting from exchanged or returned items are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by ShipWreckSalvage.net.
In the event of an exchange, return, or the buyer agrees to cover and pay for any additional shipping and handling costs for returning the item(s). In turn, we will ship the replacement item.
If and when a buyer refuses to pay for the return of any item, leaving us pay for the safe return you (the buyer) will be subject to pay for replacement shipping and/or your order will be refunded per terms that 20% of the item purchased Plus ALL shipping cost (including the return costs) to be deducted from your refund.

IF THE ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:  **CUSTOMER/CONSIGNEE MUST ** KEEP all packing materials. CONTACT US and follow instructions for a claim to be properly filed with the carrier in a timely manner of 3 day from date delivered FAILURE TO COMPLY in filing claims with carrier will result in customer obligation to pay restitution for damages incurred.

RETURNS & REFUND
All items being Returned for a Refund shoud be done in a Timely Manner NOT to EXCEED 30 days from the date received. Refunds will be issued Less Original Shipping paid + Restock charges of 20% of the item purchasedWITHOUT EXCEPTION
ALL THE ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS are Not Refundable (Unless otherwise stated). In addition to Restock Fees, Customers are Liable for Freight Charges to include any/all COD, Brokerage, Taxes, Tariffs, Duties that maybe incurred by the returning shipment.**NOTE** Any Disassembly/Modifications made to products without explicit written Authorized Permission by us, will VOID all options for returns/replacing/refunding your purchase.

REFUND  EXCEPTION 
ALL Deposits paid are NoN-Refundable where we have fulfilled our obligation and the customer is sent the final payment amount due to be paid within a reasonable time frame of 45 days from that date. AFTER 45 days of Final Payment notice, the customer deposit and the item waiting for final payment is forfeited and will be placed back into inventory for sale at our discretion. 
UNLESS arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Freight & courier companies charge the additional fees for discrepancies created by incorrect account numbers, wrong ship-to addresses and other errors. If it is determined that customer error or omission was the cause of such a discrepancy, the customer will be responsible for all related charges. Customers should note that products shipped using non-trackable methods, are shipped at the risk of the customer and release ShipWreckSalvage.net of any lost or damages of the shipment.

SHIPPING INTERCOMs

DAP (Delivery at Place)
The seller is responsible for arranging the entire shipment up to delivering the goods to a named place. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery. The seller is responsible for clearing goods for export but the buyer assumes responsibility for import customs duties, fees, and taxes.
Seller's Responsibilities:                                                                         Buyer's Responsibilities:

Export licenses and customs formalities.                                              Import brokerage fees .
Pre-carriage and delivery.                                                                       Unloading at the destination.
Loading charges.

Delivery to the named place of destination.
Export brokerage fees .

CIF (– Cost, Insurance, and Freight:)
The seller handles the costs of getting the goods to the port, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with receiving the goods at their destination and bringing them to their final location.
Seller's Responsibilities:
Cost: The seller covers the expenses of transporting the goods to the named port of destination, including any export duties and taxes.
Insurance: The seller is responsible for insuring the goods during transit to the destination port.
Freight: The seller pays for the shipping costs, including the cost of loading the goods onto the vessel and any associated handling fees.
Buyer's Responsibilities:
Import Costs: Once the goods arrive at the destination port, the buyer is responsible for all import procedures, including customs clearance, import
duties, and taxes.
Destination Charges: The buyer also covers the costs of transporting the goods from the port to their final destination, as well as any additional insurance or other charges related to the final delivery.

DPU – Delivered at Place Unloaded: 
The seller is responsible arranging the shipment and delivering the goods to a named place. They are also responsible for unloading them. Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are unloaded.
Seller's Responsibilities:
Arranging and paying for the main carriage of the goods to the agreed-upon destination. 
Unloading the goods at the destination. 
Paying for all costs associated with the goods up to the point of unloading. 
This includes export costs, transportation costs, and unloading charges. 
Buyer's Responsibilities:
Import customs clearance and any associated duties or taxes. 
Arranging and paying for any further transport of the goods after they have been unloaded. 
Bearing the risk of loss or damage to the goods from the time they are unloaded. 
Therefore, the seller pays the brokerage or freight forwarder for the transportation and unloading of the goods at the agreed-upon place, while the buyer is responsible for the import customs brokerage and any related costs.

CPT – Carriage Paid To             
The seller is responsible for the costs of transporting the goods to a named destination. Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the agreed-upon destination.
Seller's Responsibilities:
Arranging and paying for the transportation of goods to the agreed-upon destination. 
Covering costs like freight charges, handling, and loading fees. 
Export clearance and related costs. 
Buyer's Responsibilities:
Taking over responsibility for the goods and any subsequent costs once they are delivered to the first carrier. 
Organizing and paying for import clearance, duties, and taxes. 
Unloading the goods at the destination and any further inland transportation. Key point: While the seller pays for the transportation to the named place, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the first carrier, which could be at the port of origin or another agreed-upon location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS    These charges are NOT included in our quotes:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR any and all Tariffs, landing fees and charges, including Brokerage, as applied by your country. If you are not already familiar with what charges to expect when your shipment arrives, you may want to find a Customs Broker, or the Customs Dept. that handles imports to your Country, to ask then what charges you can expect.
NOTE: You should know what you are getting imported, how much $$ the item is, and if it is arriving by Ocean or AirPort.

**FREIGHT SHIPMENTS**  AIR, OCEANS, TRAIN, TRUCKING
IN ADDITION TO THE Credit Card Processing charge
$50.00 Cancellation charge on any/all orders that have been assigned a file # with Customs.
$100.00 Cancellation charge on any/all Freight shipments with less than 24 hr notice to cancel.
$35.00 Processing, PLUS Any/All Charges incurred for stopping and returning the shipment to the warehouse after the shipment has already been Picked Up.
** In the event the shipment can not be stopped ** YOU, are responsible for All Return charges, including Landing Fees and Duties applied to the successful return of the shipment

**FREIGHT FORWARDING EXCEPTION **
You, the buyer, are responsible to inspect the shipment for any signs of loss or damages, prior to accepting and signing papers releasing your goods from the terminal. As Such, once you(or your designated Freight Forwarder) have signed the release, YOU RELEASE GLADYS DUPUY, of/as, and/or, SHIPWRECKSALVAGE.NET from any and all liability in the event where theft or loss occurs, and that any Loss or Damages will be assumed to have occurred while in your possession at the time that delivery has been completed, and released to you, as per records of the Freight Forwarder carrier. Be aware that any damages will be assumed to have occurred while in Your possession, and that any damages cannot be replaced.
HOWEVER In the event of any defects to your items upon are discovered after being accepted, You have 2 weeks
(By and BEFORE the 15th day from date of signed Release) to Notify ShipWreckSalvage.net of any found defects.
Furthermore, that all shipping and return shipping costs associated, are at your expense.

ITEM SUPPLIMENT
BE AWARE: Customers are responsible to ask for Specific Part number (numbers) in the notes section provided in the checkout process, at the time of placing your order. ShipwreckSalvage.net reserves the right to send parts within the Supersession chain of the listing pertaining to the original part number and/or the item as pictured in the Listing.
FURTHERMORE: ShipwreckSalvage.net Reserves the right to Supplement your order by means of 3rdParty Resources, if/when we run out of stock at our Location.

LOCATION: ShipWreckSalvage.net ships items out from various locations throughout Northern America and abroad.

ShipWreckSalvage.net Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method you have included at time of placing your order including Email to the address you have provided to ShipWreckSalvage.net Inc.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShipWreckSalvage.net, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person acting on your behalf and/or using your Internet account

We will Earnestly TRY to deal with customers directly One on One, for any amounts owed.
HOWEVER : We reserve the right to pursue any means necessary for reimbursement if/when Necessary  on ALL OUTSTANDING Delinquent Accounts showing little to No Hope for Recovery to include, but not limited to:
Collections, Credit Reporting
Small Claims, Maritime Lein
Or any other means available
This Means: YOU WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES AND EXPENSE TO YOU. 
(As much as 3xs the original amount owed)
