DAP (Delivery at Place)
Delivered-at-place (DAP) is an international trade term used to describe a deal in which a seller agrees to pay all costs and suffer any potential losses of moving goods sold to a specific location. In DAP agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
FCA. Free Carrier, which means that the seller is obligated to deliver goods to an airport, shipping port, or railway terminal where the buyer has an operation and can take delivery there.
DES. Delivered Ex Ship, which requires the seller to deliver products to a particular shipping port, where the buyer will take delivery on arrival.

in the case where you authorize for items to be shipped to a location that is different form the billing address, the person/persons at that location are assumed to act on your behalf in assuming the same responsibilities as directed to you.
You, the buyer, are responsible to inspect the shipment for any signs of loss or damages, prior to accepting and signing papers releasing your goods from the terminal. As Such, Once you have signed the release, YOU RELEASE GLADYS DUPUY, of/as, and/or, SHIPWRECKSALVAGE.NET from any and all liability in the event where theft or loss occurs, and that any Loss or Damages will be assumed to have occurred while in your possession at the time that delivery has been completed, and released, as per records of the Freight Forwarder carrier.
Be aware that any damages will be assumed to have occurred while in Your possession, and that any damages cannot be replaced. You have 2 weeks (By and BEFORE the 15th day from date of signed Release) to Notify ShipWreckSalvage.net of any found defects, and to have it shipping back by/before the 15th day from date of signed release.
Furthermore, all shipping and return shipping costs associated are at your expense.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
You have 2 weeks (By and BEFORE the 15th day from date of delivery)to notify us for Return instruction.
All orders being Returned for a Refund are subject to Restock charges of up to 20% of the total order, PLUS ALL Shipping Cost, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
ALL ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COSTS are Not Refundable (Unless otherwise stated)
In addition to Restock Fees, Customers are Liable for Freight Charges to include
Any/All COD, Brokerage, Taxes, Tariffs, Duties that maybe incurred by the returning shipment.
