We will need your complete Shipping Name and Address.
Shipping Policies:
We do charge a one-time (per box order) handling fee of $5.00,
No matter how many items are in the box that we can safely pack together.
Exception:
Pallet or Crated Item do have Higher Handling Fees. You need to contact us directly.
Canada Post Standards
• Many items ship out from Canada, Some from USA.
• *USA Buyers* – Average delivery to most States is 8–10 business days.
• Other International Shipments
Average delivery times (depending on your country)
6–8 weeks in transit from date shipped.
• No items will be shipped until payments have cleared.

There is no tracking information on packages identified as small packet.
Canada & USA.
Small Packet is described as any parcel weighing 1kg or less.
International Shipments
Small packet is described as any/all parcels of 2kg or less.
We provide tracking (by request Only)
(other than small packet-refer to Small Packet Notice).
Exchange and Return:
NOTICE: Items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
1. You must contact us for specific directions of returns.
You must follow instructions for return of goods, or your shipment will be refused.
2. We must be notified prior to return within 5 days of receiving your items.
3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Authorization must be verified by e-mail.
4. All returns must be received within 30 days of receiving directions for returns
or a 10% fee will be applied.
NOTE: You, the buyer are responsible for any/all shipping fee incurred, including any tax/tariff/duties as applied by your country and any/all brokerage fees when applicable. To include Reship Charges where applicable.
REFUNDS:
NOTICE: Items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
• All exchange and return (as described above) directions apply
• Refund for the purchase amount of the item ONLT
(less any/all shipping fees incurred) will be issued only after the item is received by us.
• In the case of lost or damaged items due to shipping.
